Ramon "RB" Jose Blas Camacho is a dedicated public servant, law enforcement veteran, and community advocate with a lifelong commitment to the people of Saipan. Born and raised on the island, he has spent over 20 years as a career police officer, serving as Assistant Chief of Police and holding leadership roles within the Department of Public Safety. His extensive experience includes investigative work, traffic enforcement, and internal affairs oversight, ensuring integrity and public trust in law enforcement.

Mayor Camacho’s leadership extends beyond public safety. He has served in the Saipan and Northern Islands Municipal Council for seven years, chaired the CNMI Parole Board for over a decade, and actively contributed to agriculture and conservation efforts through the Northern Mariana Islands Farmers Association, Sabalu Farmers Association, and Soil and Water Conservation District. His work in education and community development includes serving as PTA President and leading initiatives like the Saipan Agriculture Fair.

Mayor Cmaacho pledges hands-on leadership, prioritizing safety through neighborhood watch programs, fostering clean and thriving communities, and promoting public-private partnerships. His "Safe Community, Safe Village, and a Clean Island" vision emphasizes environmental stewardship, public service, and inclusivity—ensuring every village is a model of safety, unity, and prosperity.
